Mar 29, 2015  11 new minor factions that roam the world. All of them can form armies and attempt to take a castle. If they succeed, a new faction will be formed and behave like the regular ones. There can thus be up to 17 factions at the same time (although such a high number is very unlikely). 12 new castle have also been added. Detailed features Combat.

Hope you release 0.7 version as soon as possible. I desperately need it just for one feature: Adjustable accuracy of weapons. Really man, I understand accuracy penalty on troops because the AI can shoot arrows/bolts between allied troops and still hit only the enemy, but for the human player it's impossible to do that without hitting friendly troops. As it is now I can't even hit an enemy aiming at it alone because arrow/bolt shoots to odd directions so you need to empty your quiver to even hit 7 or 8 enemies in a battle.

It's impossible to play an archer-sharpshooter commander right now, so we are expecting the release of the new version before the end of this summer. Please, I'm begging you, great mod but just an early 0.7 version release will be AWESOME. Hurry up and thank you for this perfect work.Edited by Balystik, 30 July 2015 - 10:09 AM. I'm 140 in throw, and even 10 meters away from my target, it's a 50/50 chance to hit because all projectile launch in weird directions. What the heck happened? Are all bowmen, javelin-throwers hammered all the time?Seriously man, tune that up, this is incredibly weird and removes a lot of the immersion.Otherwise, cheers for the mod, it looks like a loooot of work. Thanks!!PS: (How the heck do you add kudos to someone's post? Ican't figure it out )Edited by CamilleBC, 01 August 2015 - 10:02 AM. With the basis of Floris and the numerous added features and room for improvement, this has the potential to be the greatest Warband mod ever created.Unfortunately, there are a plethora of errors that make the game as is really not as good as it could be.

Even more unfortunately, these bugs/glitches/errors can be gamebreaking and always prevent me from really enjoying the mod. Here are the main ones:1) The goddamn roaming bandits during the start of the game. Considering I've never gotten the chance to get past the first 50 days or so because of them, the minor factions and bandits are completely overpowered and while I understand that the premise was to make the game harder, it is way too much. A New Dawn Warband Mod

I've had such a great time with all the bandits, rebellions and other mercs running around. It makes the game feel alive. Originally, you were the only real merc band and the only one capable of taking towns and such. I didn't even believe such a mod was possible. Also, so many amazing items, and oh god the damage multiplier! Now I can make it through a big battle without dying round 2 or 3. Lowering the damage allows me to savor the battle and watch the mayhem while troops hack and slash back and fourth.

This mod is like Floris Extended on Steriods!I've got a few bugs. The first is all the people sitting in taverns are stuck in an awkward sitting position. It's really strange. Second, in the highlands area, battlefields seem to be missing texture spots in the shape of large transparent triangles. Third, just north of the highlands near a marshy area, the battle begins with the player's force and enemies just a few yards from each other, both spawning at the edge of the map. Fourth, the game crashes upon starting a battle or during without warning once in awhile. I'll keep playing and let you know what other bugs I find.

So far nothing too crippling, this mod is my dream come true.A suggestion for sieges. Attacking/defending castles is rather boring. When the attacker is winning, troops cluster up wave after wave bunching into a tight bunch where the defenders spawn outside the keep. When the defenders are winning they all get bunched up on the ladder/siege tower. With like 20 waves and sometimes a thousand troops on either side it gets old really quick. My only way of combating this is by reducing the number of troops which spawn to 100 or less and making it limiting the battle to about 2 waves. But then it's just a repetitious siege.

My suggestion, if possible, is to make the defenders re-spawn all over the keep so that they sprawl out more and do the same for the attackers. Make attackers re-spawn all around the walls with several entry points such as ladders to where the defenders spawn. This way instead of a clusterfuck we get a nice all out battle.

Also, if there were some way to make the AI itself not group into a massive pile, but instead try spread out, that would be amazing. I love to see the battle spread out into little skirmishes rather than get stuck all in one spot with no room to swing. Thanks -DG.
