In Battle for Azeroth, players will not be able to initially acquire all the Flight Points on the opposing faction's continent. Players will need to progress through the Account-Wide Outposts feature by completing Mission Table quests, acquiring reputation and collecting War Resources to unlock these Flight Points for quicker travel.rrFor more details on the Mission Table, see our Mission Table Guide.rrrrBefore OutpostsrrAs players gain access to the other continent through the War Campaign, players will only start with a few available flight points - some neutral, some faction-specific. More flight points in-land become available as players progress through the War Campaign and work through the Outposts feature.

A lot of people in my guild didn't know so i though I post it here too: you can buy scouting reports from your emmisarry (for horde next to the mission board ship) which unlock a mission, when done you get a quest that unlocks an outpost with a flight path on the other continent. This should help reaching world quest easier. It unlocks follower mission Swiftwind Post (Swiftwind Post) After 3-6 hours you can take a quest Mission Report: Swiftwind Post. If you had full bags, check your post for the item; Following quest Swiftwind Post is to go and build outpost. Outpost is located in Drustvar (South-east at 66.15 59.52) /way Drustvar 66.15 59.52 Swiftwind Post. Deliver the victory report to Nathanos Blightcaller. A level 120 Quest. Added in World of Warcraft.

RrThese are the available flight points for players that hit 120 combined with the War Campaign flight points. You'll notice that the initial flight points available for pickup are located around the coast of the continents. In order to unlock in-land flight points, you'll have to use set up Outposts.rrrrInitial Alliance Flight Points in ZandalarrInitial Horde Flight Points in Kul TirasrrrrrrrrOutpost LocationsrrWe've shown a map of where all the Outposts are located for both factions, so you can pick which ones you want to unlock first. This map also shows all the flight points possible for travel when on the opposite continent.

Unlocking outposts are account-wide.

RrOnce you complete the Follower Mission on any character and turn it in to your War Campaign Leader, the follow-up quest can be picked up on any character! Head to the Outpost and claim it for your faction and that Outpost will be available for all your characters - Unfortunately, you'll need to walk there to pick up the flight point on every character.rrOutpost UpgradesrrOutpost Upgrades are available randomly from the mission table after the Outpost is set up. We'll describe this later in a future post.n. Comment by Sielinthon 2018-08-18T21:25:40-05:00So without Wowhead, how would anyone know to go to those quartermasters, buy those reports, and run the missions? This kind of info should be in the game through some kind of mini-quest or something (if it isn't already - I am 120 and haven't seen anything about this). I love Wowhead but most people don't visit 3rd party websites and research every aspect of the game like we do.

Blizz needs to do much more actually in the game. From story to this kind of stuff.rryou do know the 7th legion / honorbound WQ hand in is at the quatermaster right?rrif you're purposely ignoring checking out the NPC then the onus is on you and not Blizzard.Comment by LoKHoron 2018-08-19T02:51:58-05:00This guide is helpful. Thanks for the information.

As I'm level 111 still it won't affect me for a few weeks. But it sounds like everyone is already level 120.Comment by pizzabobon 2018-08-19T03:50:53-05:00The missions you get with the items don't last forever (they expire after around 7-8 hours), so don't use the mission-triggering item when you have no troops to send!Comment by crushburnon 2018-08-20T06:06:40-05:00completed all missions and i am missing 1 outpost because i didnt get the quest after i completed the mission.Comment by sidhebaneon 2018-08-20T18:07:28-05:00Mine is showing as expiring in 20 days. They each give you a 30 min buff, one for extra 7% armor and another for 7% stamina.Comment by GullaDaPwnaon 2018-08-21T10:39:41-05:00The upgrades themselves are NOT account wide, only the outposts.

You will still have to do upgrade missions on each character, source: multiboxing and not seeing crawg on toon who hadn't done mission yet.Comment by sniperorcon 2018-08-23T15:37:44-05:00I begin to realize I was an idiot to not play PTR and read advance material on BfA. Every day I discover another 'I can do WHAT?' Thing.rrMore outposts? Upgraded outposts?

I would scream 'WHY DIDN'T I KNOW ABOUT THIS!' , except I know it's my own fault.rrThanks for publishing this good stuff. Sometimes it's the only way to figure this stuff out.Comment by Angelshifteron 2018-08-24T13:33:12-05:00So without Wowhead, how would anyone know to go to those quartermasters, buy those reports, and run the missions? I'm doing them'.Comment by Aleksonfireon 2018-08-24T20:45:47-05:00I mean to be fair though, if you planned on doing any part of pathfinder for Flying this expansion you would have eventually figured it out on your own. Oh look 7th legion emissary right in the path to my boat. Guess ill see what she has. Hmm scouting reports. Guess i better see what those do.rI mean we are all appreciative of the wowhead guidance because there is so much info in this game, but to say you wouldn't ever find it is silly.Comment by zanaferon 2018-08-26T09:44:51-05:00The upgrade in Swiftwind Post, number 5 on the horde map, gives you two druids that cast on you two drust buffs.

Swiftwind Post Location

The duration is 30 mins and one gives 7% stamina and the other 7% armor on my warlock. They refresh them every time you approach them.rrThe upgrade in the Wolf's Den, number 7 on the horde map, is a couple of wolves and their cub. I didn't find what benefit they give to you yet.Comment by sniperorcon 2018-08-26T21:38:16-05:00Worth noting, there is another mission table quest once you unlock the outpost. It says it is to 'upgrade' it. Once turned it, it appeared to do nothing.

Not sure if anyone knows the functionality of thisWell, when I upgraded the Wolf Den, the upgrade added. They were nice wolves, but not quite as functional as, say, more shops.rrBut very nice wolves.Comment by Dracul1on 2018-08-28T22:12:14-05:00as useful as this is the irony is most people, like me, will have pathfinder flying by the time they start leveling there alts and will just be able to get around on there mounts.Comment by wowqueenon 2018-09-02T11:39:07-05:00Please make a table of what is available at each outpost so we can prioritize the quests?

Now levelling my alt and at level 112 I have 5 missions for an outpost upgrade, even from a few I already did on my main. Do I need to upgrade it again?
